More re: Stock Show

We’ll be going on Saturday, mainly for the draft horse show. A few hiccups of history ago, draft horses were important in many fields of human endeavor, from agriculture to commerce to transportation to war.

These horses are much more than a sentimental reminder of a bygone era. They’re beautiful. They’re the product of multi-generational efforts of selective breeding. They’re a reminder that sometimes people can do some pretty great things with the gifts God provides us.
