A quote from my new boss’ message to the “troops”:

There is no call for us to change the way we do things or tackle any major new assignements [sic] - just continue to find ways to do what do better, faster, more accurately, more completely, and more timely - with a little more time on task, a little more attention to detail, a little more scrutiny and thughtfulness [sic], and a little more pride of ownership.

I’m taking it on myself to increase the thughtfulness.
