Despite a bit of glee in the results of the election, I am convinced that the nation is not best served by having only one functioning political party. The other guys need to get their act together. (Of course starting by acknowledging some basic morality would be best!)

This is from a truly odd source (and you wouldn't believe how I got there), but it does have something to say to the idea of having two viable political parties in the US. (Sorry, but I don't think the LIbertarians will ever amount to much more than a protest vote.)
