‘Tis a good thing that I had surgery when I did and am more or less back to full health, as the circumstances that now face me could be much more hazardous with a severely constricted coronary artery. This morning, though, I was reminded of a time a few years ago when I faced strikingly similar daunting circumstances. (A family member who is seriously ill, my wife probably losing her job, that sort of thing, in case you were curious.) Providence used such circumstances for great good a few years ago. I hope that such happens again. So far I’m glad to say I’m less apprehensive about the circumstances than I remember being a few years ago. I hope I can maintain that attitude.
