The Little Flower Market

I finally got to the LFM in southeast Denver on Saturday. Very highly recommended. The store is:

a. a florist’s shop that isn’t especially big;
b. a hotbed of devotion to St. Therese of Lisieux; and
c. a little oasis.

The shop is filled with reminders of the lasting things, in contrast to the plentiful but ephemeral flowers. The two things that struck me the most were the image of Our Lady of Perpetual Help and, the book of prayer intentions. Oh, the flowers are probably the best I’ve found since Los Angeles. Hie thee thither!
