I don't quite buy the hype that Judge Edith Clement will the next SCOTUS nominee. Despite my more recent senatorial mentions, I'd say Judge Janice Rogers Brown has a better overall chance than does Judge Clement. That being said, I'd say that Judge Brown is by no means a shoo-in. This will be an interesting evening.
