Inexplicably, the above is the actual motto of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. (You can check here.) I’d love to know why someone chose “his name is John”, probably from Luke 1:60, as the motto.

Anyway, John is also the name of the sniper. I’m surprised by that. I thought he’d be name Abdulaziz bin-Husayn or Achmed Mehdi or some such thing.

Oh, it’s John Mohammed. That makes more sense.

And, while we’re all relieved for the residents of the Potomac Drainage Region, there’s still the great humanitarian activities of the Chechen Moslems to address as well as Fatah, the longest-running operators of mass political terrorism.

And did I happen to mention al-Qaeda? How about the Baath?
