The link does not bring up a judge's name. Or is that your point?
I assume he meant Janice Rogers Brown (since it was the California Supreme Court website and brown.htm was the page he was linking to). Perhaps the page got taken down because she is no longer on the CA supreme court, but rather on an federal appelate court.
